NORDIC 0W-8 engine oil is a cutting-edge fully synthetic lubricant designed to meet the stringent requirements of the API SP-RC and ILSAC GF-6B standards. This advanced formulation ensures optimal engine protection and performance, particularly in modern gasoline engines. With its low viscosity, NORDIC 0W-8 enhances fuel efficiency while providing excellent cold-start performance and superior wear protection, making it ideal for urban driving and high-performance conditions. NORDIC 0W-8 is suitable for use in:

  • Gasoline and hybrid engines designed to operate on SAE 0W-8 viscosity oil.
  • Select Toyota hybrid/gasoline engines and other OEMs recommending 0W-8 oils.
  • Engines requiring high efficiency, low-viscosity oil for optimal fuel savings and protection.

Not recommended for engines requiring higher viscosity grades (e.g., 0W-16, 0W-20, or 5W-30). Always refer to the vehicle manufacturer’s oil specification and viscosity requirements.

  • Ultra-Low Viscosity for Maximum Fuel Economy: Reduces internal engine friction for enhanced MPG, especially in hybrid and stop-start engines.

NORDIC 0W-8 meets or exceeds the requirements of Industry Standards / Suitable for:

  • API: SP-RC
  • ILSAC: GF-6B

Typical values are not specifications and may vary within production tolerances.

User Advice

  • Use NORDIC 0W-8 only where SAE 0W-8 is explicitly specified
  • Not backward-compatible with higher-viscosity grades
  • Misapplication may result in inadequate engine protection
